The printed CD is checked for printing defects then it is packed in pouches or jewel boxes with the Inlay
cards. The Jewel boxes are overwrapped with BOPP film and packed in cartons and
despatched to the customers.
Please check the downloads page for packaging options.
Offset Printing: in this process, the offset negatives are exposed on a
pre-sensitive plate. The negatives are colour separated into the basic colours
C M Y K, (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) .The plate is then put in the
machine where a rubber roller puts the ink on the plate, and a rubber blanket
picks up the ink from the exposed areas and deposits in on the CD. The CD is
then passed through the UV lamp to dry the inks. As a default, all orders
should specify whether a white base is required, as the default is no white
base. We also have a provision to screen print an over coat varnish or a
special colour, for very specific requirements.
