For jowar pyaaz tikkad- To make jowar pyaaz tikkad recipe, divide the topping into 4 equal portions.
- Combine all the dough ingredients together in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using ½ cup of water.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion of the dough into 4 inch diameter paratha.
- Place 1 portion of prepared topping on the paratha and press it gently.
- Heat a non-stick tava and cook each paratha on a medium flame using ½ tsp ghee on both the sides.
- Serve jowar pyaaz tikkad hot.
